Ryan contacted me about planning a surprise proposal at The Confidante hotel in Miami Beach. Their friend flew in with them to help plan the proposal, under the guise that they were celebrating his boyfriend’s birthday. She decorated the room with rose petals, candles and two glasses with a bottle of champagne. Once everything was ready, she texted them both: want to come to my room for a drink? When she opened the door, suffice to say he was in shock. It was such a sweet and emotional moment. Ryan asked Andrew to marry him, he said yes, and there were celebratory laughs and tears all around.

We headed to the pool where they had a cabana reserved. They were so giddy, with the joy and excitement of the moment written all over their faces. We walked onto the boardwalk and then onto the beach for the remaining photos. They were so easy to photograph; so obviously in love and adorable together. Wishing both of them a lifetime of love and happiness together!
