I follow Kitchen Vignettes featured on the food section of PBS and was inspired by the video below to make homemade pasta by hand. The first time I tried it out with just flour and eggs. I didn’t roll it out thin enough so the pasta was too chewy and took 15 minutes to cook. So I tried it again, this time incorporating blanched kale, fresh basil and oregano into the dough and I rolled it out really thin. The pasta cooked in several minutes, success!
