Nikki Beach Family Photography Session in South Beach, Florida

This was a super fun family to photograph. We met up at Nikki Beach on a weekend afternoon and the area was jammed with people. It was just two days before New Years and South Beach was happening. I arrived early and found the beach way too packed to find a spot to photograph. They were completely flexible with the location and it turned out that the area just behind Nikki Beach was perfect. It had nice greenery, beautiful light, and even better: no crowds of people in the background! They had a list of shots they wanted – always a good idea so you don’t have regrets afterwards, especially with a large family reunion. We took photos of all the individual families, the whole group together, just the siblings, the grandkids, the grandkids with the grandparents – we had it all covered! They were just such a joy to work with, I think everyone had a great time.
