Shelborne South Beach Family Photo Shoot

Sharing just a few favorites from this recent family session. This family came into town from Texas and were so delightful to work with. They woke up bright and early – we met up for a sunrise session at 7am!

Since we are in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic right now, meeting up early was a good choice. Not only was the beach very empty, the light was soft and golden; it gets strong and harsh very quickly as the day progresses (unless it’s one of those overcast days, in which case you don’t have to worry much about squinting and sweating 🙂 )

They were staying at the Shelborne South Beach Hotel, so I met them at the beach next to their hotel. Always nice when you don’t have to travel far for the photo shoot, makes life a little simpler.
