South Pointe Park Surprise Proposal Photo Shoot
The plan: Scott contacted me about wanting to set up a surprise proposal at South Pointe Park followed by dinner at Smith & Wollensky. I sent him photos showing where we would meet, and he sent me pictures of the two of them as well as the outfits they would be wearing that day so I could easily recognize them.
How it went down: I spotted them easily and followed them as they walked onto the beach, arms around each other. When he went down on one knee, she was so surprised! I loved capturing her expressions. We took photos on the beach, the rocky pier, and then went to the greenery and the west end of the park to take more pictures. I found out that they met in high school. They were both on the swim team, had crushes on each other, and have been together ever since!
