Miami Children Photography in South Beach
The mom wanted the primary focus to be on her two daughters and I was really happy with how the photos turned out. These two sisters have a special connection and were so incredibly sweet to each other.
After I emailed them their photo gallery, I received this message back:
Ty!ty!!! I can’t breathe!!!! It’s exactly what I wanted. You were such a pleasure to deal with it. And I’ve taken pictures by a lot of photographers. I’ll be sending many clients your way. You made my girls look beautiful. And it was so relaxing & stress free. Thank you.
One of the best parts is definitely the feedback I get from clients. I feel so grateful and lucky to be able to do this for a living.
When photographing children, I give suggestions (lots of hugs, kisses, telling each other secrets, running along the beach) and try to capture a mix of both close up portraits and more candid moments. Some children take time to warm up so I give them their space until they get comfortable. I also bring along a couple of stuffed animals for younger kids (usually under the age of 4) that captures kids’ attention and helps them warm up. I find that sometimes kids listen to me better when parents give them a little distance and I can talk to them -with the parents still fairly close by to keep an eye on them- and try to coax some close up portraits and maybe even some laughs if i get lucky 🙂
