Carriage Club Family Photographer Miami Beach

I met this really sweet family of four at the beach by the Carriage Club Condominium (I’ve been to the Carriage Club South and North many times over the years). Their daughter was ever the model and loved being in front of the camera. I felt bad for their son who was a little sick and cranky, but we still managed to illicit smiles and laughs from him. After crying for a little bit, he fell asleep in his mother’s arms. The photos we took afterwards ended up being some of my favorites. I love the first photo of the mother holding her sleeping son while her daughter stands beside her looking toward the water. I am a strong advocate of letting things be at the photo session, especially with kids. This is real life, and I want to capture it all.
