This was such a fun family session! The location was Collins Park in Miami Beach in front of the Bass Museum. This family was staying nearby so they were able to walk to the park. With young kids I always think it’s best not to travel far, so this spot worked out perfect. They have an adorable 1 year old boy who is so fun, energetic and playful.

For this session, they wanted to focus entirely on natural, candid photos. That meant lots of play and everyone having to get involved! They played hide and go seek amongst the palm trunks. They played tag amidst the majestic Baobab trees. And their golden retriever was also showered with lots of love and affection.

The more fun and playful you can be with young kids – and get EVERYONE involved – the more joyous, real and authentic moments you’ll have captured forever.
