Hyatt Centric South Beach Couple Photography Session

Working with these two was such a dream. We met up for an early morning sunrise session at the beach near the Hyatt Centric. The sky was dark and moody, the beach nearly deserted. These two easily made each other laugh and their love for each other is evident. It’s probably trite to say I love capturing love… but I really do.

I don’t remember if it was my idea or their’s to go into the water, but the resulting photos are always so fun every time! The water is fairly warm in Miami year round (except for the few cold spells in the winter time), but especially so now in the summer. So if you’re thinking of heading into the ocean at the end of your session, go for it. You only live once 🙂

Need ideas for what to wear to a photo session? I compiled a Pinterest board to give you some ideas. My best suggestion is to feel good and comfortable in what you’re wearing. This means BE YOU – wear clothing that feels authentic to who you are. Also make sure you are comfortable and keep in mind that if we’re photographing at the beach it can be windy.

For 1 hour and 2 hour sessions, you can always bring along a change of outfit for different looks. I recommend one outfit change for a 1 hour session and 2 outfit changes for 2 hour sessions. It’s always nice to change things up, so you can have a more casual outfit and a dressier one.
