Five years ago I photographed this family at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. Two years ago we went to Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. This year we met up at Solé Miami in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Their baby boy isn’t so little anymore, but took some extra cajoling (i.e. promises of ice cream) to get some smiles from him. It was a chaotic, fun-filled session with a little bit of crankiness thrown in – real life, real moments. The older boys chased seagulls and eagerly ran into the warm, Miami water. They endured the hot sun and got to jump into the pool at the end fully clothed!
