Fort Lauderdale Family Photography Sunrise Beach Session

I photographed this family four years ago. I remember that day distinctly: it was overcast and drizzling before the session began. I thought we might have to postpone it, but they were determined to make it happen! The rain stopped just as the session began. They contacted me now wanting to schedule another photo session – this time with their first grandchild, an adorable baby girl.

Their boys looked older and more grown-up, the inevitable effect of time. This time so much of the focus was on the baby, who everyone is completely enamored with. We met on the beach in Fort Lauderdale behind their hotel, the Marriott Fort Lauderdale Harbor Beach Resort and Spa.

It was a special session for me being able to photograph their family, their closeness and warmth, and documenting the addition of their first granddaughter.
