Miami Beach Botanical Garden Family of Three
I’ve photographed this family for three years in a row now. It’s always so gratifying to be able to witness and document kids growing up. The first two years we met at the Cape Florida Lighthouse. This year we changed it up and met at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden in South Beach. I always love photographing there. Because it’s small, it’s easy and quick to move around and change backdrops. Plus, it’s just such a gorgeous, lush environment that provides depth to photographs. Then there are the elements like the fun, red bridge in the Japanese garden. A new favorite of mine is the canal pathway where they’ve installed native plants that have grown tall and wild. Just my kind of place. Combine a beautiful location with a loving, sweet family and it’s photography heaven for me. Below are just some of my favorites from their one hour session.
